MGS RIMH233 is a fast - reactivity curing agent specifically formulated for use with MGS RIMR235 epoxy infusion resin. This hardener is designed to deliver rapid processing times while maintaining excellent mechanical and thermal properties in the finished composite. Its fast reactivity makes it ideal for applications that demand efficiency and quick turnaround without compromising strength or durability.

MGS RIMH233 is widely used in the production of high-performance composite structures, including wind turbine rotor blades, marine components, tooling, and sporting goods. It ensures thorough curing at room temperature and can be post-cured to further enhance performance in demanding environments. Mixing and Preparation
  • Mixing Ratio: Mix with RIMR 235 at a ratio of 100:34 ± 2 parts by weight or 100:40 ± 2 parts by volume.
Application Techniques
  • Suitable for vacuum-assisted resin infusion and fast-processing methods
Processing Temperature
  • Recommended Processing Temperature Range: 15°C to 50°C (59°F to 122°F)
Curing Process
  • Initial Curing: Precuring at room temperature allows components to be workable and demoldable.
