EPIKURE Curing Agent MGS LH636 is a medium-reactive curing agent designed to deliver exceptional performance in laminating applications. It is specifically formulated to pair with EPIKOTE Resin MGS LR635, offering a controlled processing time that balances workability and mechanical properties. With a recommended processing temperature range of 15°C to 50°C, LH636 is suitable for a variety of applications.

Mixing and Preparation
- Mixing Ratio:
- By weight: 30 ± 2 parts of LH636 per 100 parts of LR635 resin
- By volume: 34 ± 2 parts of LH636 per 100 parts of LR635 resin
- Ensure thorough mixing, paying special attention to the walls and bottom of the mixing container, to prevent incomplete curing.
Application Techniques
Hand Layup
- Description: Resin is applied manually to the reinforcement materials with tools like brushes or rollers.
- Best For: Prototyping and small-scale projects.
Processing Temperature
- Recommended Processing Temperature Range: 15°C to 50°C
Curing Process
- Initial Curing: Precuring at room temperature produces workable and demoldable components.
- Resin Compatibility:Specifically designed for use with EPIKOTE Resin MGS LR635, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration in laminating applications.
- Post-Curing:Final properties are achieved after post-curing at temperatures above 40°C.
