Shipping / Delivery Information

• We’re committed to fast delivery across North America
• We ship via ground transportation, courier or LTL truck depending on order size.
• Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability.
• If you are in a hurry, we can sometimes ship overnight. Extra charges apply.
• All goods are shipped F.O.B our warehouse unless otherwise authorized. The carrier is responsible for delivery of goods, complete and undamaged. Claims for shortages or damaged goods including concealed damaged should be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt of shipment.
• We also can arrange alternative shipping options including use of your carrier.
• Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Terms

• We accept Visa & MasterCard
• We provide Net 30 Days, to accounts with approved credit. COD Terms available for all accounts pending credit approval.
• Sales taxes and/or cross border charges may be applicable depending on your required delivery location.

Warranty

We request that customers inspect and test our products before use and satisfy themselves as to the contents and suitability. Nothing herein shall constitute a warranty express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness, freight, & claims.

Product Returns

• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• An RMA form and number must be obtained prior to the return of any product.
• Only items approved for return on the RMA will be accepted and processed.
• Product returns are to be shipped prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted.  Duties, brokerage, and cross border charges may apply.
