Mixing and Preparation
- Mixing Ratio:
- By weight: 30 ± 2 parts curing agent per 100 parts resin.
- By volume: 33 ± 2 parts curing agent per 100 parts resin.
- Thorough and careful mixing is essential for optimal curing. Pay attention to the walls and bottom of the mixing container to ensure a homogeneous blend.
Application Techniques
Hand Layup
- Description: Resin is applied manually to the reinforcement materials with tools like brushes or rollers.

Processing Temperature
- Recommended Processing Temperature Range:15°C to 50°C.
Curing Process
- Initial Curing: Precuring at room temperature enables workability and demoldability.
