Mixing and Preparation
- By Weight: 28 ± 2 parts curing agent to 100 parts resin.
- By Volume: 34 ± 2 parts curing agent to 100 parts resin.
Application Techniques
Cartridge Kit Application:
- Remove the cap nut and plug from the cartridge.
- Attach the supplied static mixer and secure it with the cap nut.
- Discard the first 5–15 grams of material until the color is fully homogeneous.
- Apply directly to the repair area. For best results, ensure the ambient temperature is between 15°C and 35°C.
- Allow to cure at room temperature, followed by post-curing at elevated temperatures for optimal strength and durability.
Processing Temperature
Recommended Processing Temperature Range: 15°C to 35°C
Curing Process
Initial Curing: Achieved at room temperature, allowing components to be workable and demoldable
Curing Agent Compatibility: Curing Agent MGS RIMH037
Post-Curing: Final properties are achieved after post-curing at elevated temperatures.
