MGS RIM H037 Infusion Hardener (Drum/net 200 Kg)
EPIKOTE™ Resin MGS RIMR035C with MGS RIMH037 Infusion Hardener is designed for high-performance applications requiring excellent mechanical properties and durability. This low-viscosity resin system is ideal for infusion processes and compatible with glass, carbon, and aramid fibers. Its wide pot life range and post-cure performance make it suitable for demanding industries like wind energy, marine, and automotive.

Mixing and Preparation
- By Weight: 28 ± 2 parts of MGS RIMH037 per 100 parts of resin.
- By Volume: 33.7 ± 2 parts of MGS RIMH037 per 100 parts of resin.
Application Techniques
RIM (Resin Infusion Molding)
- Description: Resin is infused into dry reinforcements under vacuum pressure, ensuring even saturation and eliminating air pockets to produce strong, uniform composites.
- Best For: Creating complex shapes, minimizing waste, and producing lightweight, durable structure.
Processing Temperature
- Recommended Processing Temperature Range:20°C to 35°C for optimal viscosity and infusion.
Curing Process
- Initial Curing:At room temperature, components achieve sufficient strength for de molding.
- Curing Agent Compatibility: Specifically compatible with MGS RIMH037 Infusion Hardener, offering a pot life of approximately 240 minutes at 30°C for infusion processes.
- Post-Curing:For enhanced mechanical properties and temperature resistance, post-cure the components at elevated temperatures based on the application requirements.
